Bridging the gap between cravings and home.
When moving to Canada, we missed one thing more than anything else: the rich, comforting taste of family recipes. Restaurants couldn't capture that everyday magic, and balancing work left us with no time to cook from scratch.
We realized that scattered across our communities are incredibly talented home cooks—aunties, mothers, and culinary enthusiasts—who possess the generational knowledge we were longing for.
That's how Bhijams was born. A marketplace built on the simple belief that everyone deserves access to culturally rooted food, seamlessly prepared in the heart of their own home.

Co-Founder · Nutrition & Wellness Coach
Priya co-founded Bhijams to bring nutrition expertise to everyday home cooking, making sure every meal is as nourishing as it is authentic. Beyond the kitchen, she leads Bhijams' marketing, sales, and community outreach — connecting with families and cooks across the GTA and building the relationships that help the platform grow.
Saitej
Co-Founder · Operations & Technology
Saitej built the Bhijams platform end to end and runs the day-to-day operations and technology behind it. He designs systems that automate the repetitive work of running a marketplace, so the team can spend its time on cooks and customers instead of admin. Driven by a deep sense of craft and the core values Bhijams was founded on, he is also a co-founder of Zentriqo.
